Customer emails

Customers get an email automatically when they send a booking request, and when you approve, reject or cancel it.

This is not your normal Gmail password — see the steps below.
Used for the “View your booking” link in emails. Leave blank to use the address you're on now.
How to get a Gmail app password
  1. Sign in to the Gmail account you want to send from.
  2. Turn on 2-Step Verification at myaccount.google.com/security (required for app passwords).
  3. Open myaccount.google.com/apppasswords, type a name like “Pendenza website”, and click Create.
  4. Copy the 16-letter password Google shows you, paste it above, and click Save email settings.
  5. Click Send test to make sure it works.
